Enchanted Yarn Crawl at Hacer!

Our featured local yarn will be Labyrinth from Vortex yarns in Taos, pictured bottom left. We will also have beautiful canvas totes for sale for the crawl, also pictured. We will have 3 giveaway prizes for people who purchase yarn this weekend. For in-store purchases, you can win either an addiClick Interchangeable Needle set or a Cocoknits Accessory Roll. For online purchases, the prize is a Lumos Lumos Knitting Light.

Hacer is one of 10 yarn shops participating in this fiber extravaganza! Each shop is doing something a bit different. At Hacer, we will be offering 3 giveaways. Just purchase any quantity of yarn to be entered, either in-store or online! Our in-store purchase prizes will be an addiClick Rocket Squared interchangeable needle set or a Cocoknits Accessory Roll. Our online purchase prize will be a Lumos Lumos Knitting Light. We’re also offering free shipping Friday-Sunday for online orders!

We will also host a Crafting Circle at our local coffee shop, Crash Murder Business, at 10am on Saturday October 7th. Crash Murder Business is located at 312 Montezuma Avenue (directly across the street from Hacer) and makes delicious coffees and elixirs named after groups of animals. Their name comes from a crash of rhinos, a murder of crows, and a business of ferrets!

The crawl is co-current with the Mountain Valley Wool Fest which is taking place at the Santa Fe County Fair and Rodeo Grounds this weekend. This is a great opportunity to support local ranchers, farmers, and fiber artists! More info here!
